We want to inforce our successful business and therefore we are looking for a Teamlead (m/f) for our Recruiting team for our office in Munich.
Your tasks

You take over the full ownership of the recruiting process and deliver an amazing service to our top management and hiring managers alike
You inspire, lead and develop a highly talented team of five high potentials and some additional student employees and interns
You think without borders and know how to integrate methods that are most suitable in different European markets and throughout our whole stack of open positions
You care about your KPI’s, analyze opportunities for improvement and trigger the best solutions for your teams challenges
You spread our employer brand throughout all markets and participate in all strategic decisions for future
Your profile
Excellent university degree in management, economics, or social science with a focus on HR
Sound experience and a track record of success in recruitment in a digital company, start-up in a dynamic environment or a personnel consultancy is indispensable
Proactive work style, commitment and team-orientation as well as the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our venture with us
High analytical skills, open mindset and high creativity
First leadership experience and successful projects that show us that you are ready for the next step
Full working proficiency in English, German as well as any other European language is a plus
You are highly motivated, assertive, and passionate about achieving your goals
